You are interested to learn Tai Chi, but your only

free time is the weekend ?

We offer seminars on Saturdays

We practise with you the 24 taoist health exercises. You will learn the taoist self-massage, sitting and standing meditation. Together with you, we will practise movements out of the form of original Yang Style. We will correct your position to optimize the Chi flow in your body.

10.00 am –12.15 am and 2.00 pm - 4.15 pm

Price: each seminar 90 €

How could you continue afterwards?:

You could continue to visite our Saturday seminars, or you could join a weekly class, which practises your level.
