We are teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong in high quality, since 1986 in
Austria.
Our students are in the age of between 13 and 87 years.We are working on an individual basis respecting the physical facilities of the student.Based on our long time studies and our teaching experience, we are helping the student to develop inside the internal principles of our system. As a school for internal Tai Chi we want to help the students to understand the principles of the internal energy. Beginning with the foundation of posture, movenment and breathing our lessons lead through all the internal principles up to the higher levels. Advanced students learn also tuī shǒu (pushhands), and forms with the weapons sword, broad sword (tao sword) and stick.The teachers within our organisation are educated 4 years. After their exame of the foundation training they continue their learning under our guidance.
